First Crossfit Everett WOD


























Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes of:
5 push ups
10 BW Squats
Add push ups if you need and load on the squats. Our goal today was to not make anyone so sore they could not return tomorrow!
Humble thanks to all those who showed up. You made the last 6 weeks all worthwhile.
