Work Out of the Day - SnoFun





As many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:
Wall Ball - 15 reps / 20 lbs
Pull Ups - 15 reps
3-2-1-Go

Also, saw at least three blisters from the pull ups. new bar. different size bar than you are used too. Treatment: keep them clean. They will heal in a few days. No pull ups for the next two days ...I promise.

Cover your skin rips with Neosporin and a bandaid. Keep them covered like this 24/7 and they will be good in a couple days. Great group to workout with; thanks for the fun, Coach.
